I've been wearing my fitbit to bed recently, to track my sleep. I've always been a horrible sleeper, but this is giving me some actual data about it. I've been looking up ways to sleep better. Some of these I already do. I need to do more of the others.
Haleigh struggles with sleep so much. When we can actually find children's sleepytime tea it really helps her calm herself down before bed time. I hope some of these help you!
